Complete Bandh in Chhattisgarh in support of Jewelers Cause

Chhattisgarh - Bandh Declared

Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce & Industry has declared a state-wide strike in the State of Chhattisgarh in support of the jewelers cause & protest against levy of excise duty on gems & jewelry in India & customs duty on import of colored gemstones to India.


The strike has been supported by business establishments across the state whether or not they are related to the Gem & Jewelry industry.

The Bandh has been been scheduled on March 30, 2012
