When Irene went mad.

A few weeks back if somebody had mentioned Irene, the first thing that would have come to my mind would be the movie Me, Myself & Irene. But right the only thing that comes to mind is 8 days of pure destruction. I collected some resources to find out what happened when Irene went mad & what should you do in case she goes mad again.
