| Jewelers Association Jaipur strike for 3 days |
All members of Jewelers Association, Jaipur as well as non-members have closed their offices, showrooms & manufacturing centers in protest of the proposed duties & possible inspector raj in gem & jewelry industry.
Also, just received confirmation that major jewelers in Jaipur & across India have closed their stores in protest of the imposed duties, including, Jewelove, Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers & Kalajee Jewellers from Jaipur.
Update : Jewelers have aggregated at the Badi Chaupad, Johari Bazar in protest.
