Golden Eye coming up in auction at USD 900,000!

Golden Eye, 43.51cts. Flawless Yellow Diamond. The diamond currently in the possession of the Federal Government of USA, is going on auction in September for USD 900,000! The gem — about an inch long, almost ¾-inch wide and nearly ½-inch deep — is believed to be the largest internally flawless yellow diamond ever.

Only serious bidders are invited to bid for the stone & an initial deposit of USD 180,000 is required to just participate in the auction. This diamond has almost popped up out of nowhere, the U.S. Marshals Service is unable to determine the origin mine of the diamond or associate it with any of the famous lost gems of the previous centuries, though Tom Moses, a senior vice president with the GIA that graded the diamond, said it likely came from southern Africa.

A part of the proceeds of the auction will go to Monea victims!
